Ideally, we would like to meet senior project architects with strong capabilities and experience in these areas:
- Multi-residential experience
- Demonstrated experience in high-level concept design, design resolution and detailing
- Client and authority communication
- Coordination of consultant teams
- Design and Construct delivery method
- Ability to use Revit and manage a CAD team is essential
- Ability to deliver to programme and budget
