The Eaves is a commercial / retail development that creates a civic hub for Brisbane’s West Village community. Our bespoke architectural screen in clay reinforces the edges of a generous, public green space and makes a material connection to the nearby Peters Ice Cream Factory heritage buildings. As a unifying element, it will become a recognisable marker in the built fabric of the West End.
