We are pleased to have received DA approval for Perry Lane Apartments, a development comprising 18 sky homes + double storey Penthouse at ‪466 Ann Street, Brisbane‬. A key idea developed for this narrow and challenging inner-city site was to position sky gardens at the heart of each whole-floor apartment, maximising opportunities for natural light, breeze and visual escape.
