Walan received a prestigious Good Design Award Gold Accolade in the Architectural Design Commercial and Residential category in recognition for outstanding design and innovation.
 
The Good Design Awards Jury praised Walan, commenting: “The building provides a model for whole floor homes in a mid-rise tower, creating an attractive contemporary benchmark for an uncommon type of home. A stunning example of good design at every level. ”
