Two Gold Coast Projects Recognised

Two Gold Coast projects by bureau^proberts have been recognised at this year’s The Urban Developer Awards!

Congratulations to our clients Mosaic Property Group for Florence, and Spyre Group for Glasshouse.

Florence was awarded ‘Development of the Year – Small-Scale Residential’, celebrated for setting a thoughtful precedent for low-scale luxury on a highly constrained site in the middle of Burleigh, and merging refined execution with a commitment to passive design.

Glasshouse received ‘Excellence in Design Innovation’, challenging conventional architectural expression through its sculptural glass façade and bespoke interior palette.
